It’s Skiology’s birthday week! What began as 19 photos to celebrate 19 years soon evolved into a cluster of photos to mark each year’s milestones. There are just too many photos and cherished memories to choose just one per year. We hope you enjoy these as much as we did putting it together 🙂

2006

Where it all started! Our first ski season as we launched in 2006. Skiology brothers Luke and Dom ran Chalet Bry in Les Carroz which is still operating today albeit not by us ha ha ! 

2007

2008

In 2008 Deux Freres was purchased
in the beautiful village of Les Carroz
which was to be our first flagship chalet.

2009

2010

In 2010 we took on La Roche and L’isiere for the 2009/2010 winter in Morzine and these remained our Prodains Chalet right up until the 2018 ski season.

2011

Dom and Steph became Mr and Mrs Skiology in late 2011 in the beautiful surroundings of The Farmhouse in Morzine.

2012

2013

Winter 2013/14 saw the introduction of our new flagship chalet, Chalet George. Quite the step up in size and location but went onto be a guest favourite for the next 10+ years!

2014

Left: Paul Boyer’s Beyond Organic wines were introduced to our chalets at the start of the 2014 ski season. An instant hit with guests and we have since gone on to add more variety to the chalets with other local organic wines too!

2015

2017

2018

2019

2020

We expand more permanently into year-round holidays with 2 self-catered properties in Morzine and Les Carroz.
We released a series of videos and recipes to cook at home during Covid and we also launched our first ever Skiology cookbook!

2021

Left: In order to keep the show on the road during the pandemic , we made the hard decision to part with Chalet Deux Freres. It’s where it all began for Skiology and paved the way for more chalets in Morzine. Chalet ”Deux Freres” (two brothers) will always have a special place in the Skiology story.

2023

2024

Ed is returning as our flagship chalet head chef for his 7th season in Chalet Meuniers following 5 years at Chalet George and this season as last leading the way with his own 5 course menu.
