So close to the town centre that, world-record ski jumper Stefan Kraft could soar from the balcony straight to the town hall (253m as the ski jumper flies!). For the rest of us mere mortals, it’s an easy 500m stroll into the heart of Morzine, where you’ll find lifts, shops, and après-ski. If you’d rather save your legs for the slopes, the ski bus stops just 5 minutes from the chalet and runs regularly throughout the day.
Spread across two floors in the apex of a grand chalet, Ibex has its own private entrance and a spacious, homely feel.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area is designed for gathering, with panoramic views across Morzine — so even the cook of the group won’t miss out on the scenery. The adjoining lounge wraps itself around a designer log burner, with deep comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV (UK channels, Apple TV), and a Nintendo Wii for post-ski fun. Upstairs you’ll also find a cosy snug/games corner, perfect for teenagers or anyone looking for a quiet nook.

Ski hire in Morzine should be booked in advance and can be done on the Ski-Mobile website via the link. Upon booking with Skiology, we will provide you with a 20% discount code, which you can apply to all ski hire (either as a group or individually).

Avoriaz ONLY
The Avoiraz only pass can only be brought for a maximum of 2 days at a time. The Avoiraz only pass costs €93.00 for 2 days, which would therefore be €279 for the week. Which is only 5% less than the full area pass however only gives you access to 10% of the available pistes (70km instead of 650km).

253m snowball throw from the town centre.
Under 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the free regular navette bus service D Mas Metoud, to take you to the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts.
Less than 5 minute walk to the Marie and access to the shops and bars at the bottom of Rue du Bourg.
Just over 5 minute walk to the Carrefour supermarket and a convenient navette stop to bring your shopping back afterwards.

Directions: Follow signs for the Prodain cable car from Morzine. When you come to the roundabout with the fire station next to it go left towards the Mairie. At the Mairie turn right up the Route Des Udrezants go up the hill then take the hairpin turn on the left to the Chemin de la Salle, Chemin de Seyrosset Bas is then about 200m after on your right. Follow the road up the steep hill and round to the right, and you will arrive.
