February skiing in Morzine is not all about the half-term week but is a tale of the two extremes of the season. Sure there are French and UK school holidays during the month of February there are still very much quiet weeks during February. If you have not visited the mountains during this mid-season month, find out why we love it and why February may just be the next date in your ski diary

Despite half-term week being one of the busiest week of the season, just a few slopes away from the main learner areas, quiet slopes, fresh snow and incredible vistas are aplenty. February also sees one of the quietest weeks of the season so why not take advantage of that week and the savings too!

February is the perfect mix of all the phases of a winter season

February is one of the most popular times to ski since it is right in the middle of the season. It is what everyone wants, the sun is higher so more sun. The days are longer and it is still cold and retaining the snow and often snows in February. January is for powder, March and April are sunny and February is the perfect mix of all!

Booking early does not have the bonus of only snapping up cheap flights. If you plan to ski xmas, new year, half term or easter next year, booking now enables you to secure lessons, transfers and hire at preferable prices.

This season we have seen that due to post-Brexit changes, there are far fewer suppliers operating from instructors through to transfer drivers. So last-minute booking can now become super expensive or fully booked even a couple of months in advance!

Avoid this, book as soon as you know you will be skiing! And let us get lessons, transfers etc secured now on your behalf to make your next ski trip the best value possible.
