How do we lock in our preferred chalet dates?
A deposit of £250 per person secures the chalet for your group. Once the first deposit is paid, we hold the property for you while the rest of the group fills in their details.
Does the group leader have to collect everyone's money?
Absolutely not! We know that’s the worst part of herding cats. We generate individual payment links for every single person in your group, so they pay their deposits and balances directly to us.
What are your standard booking terms?
We like to keep things transparent. Your initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your exclusive chalet dates. Final balances are typically due 10 weeks before departure. If you need to make changes to names or details, just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your booking without a hitch.

What happens if our group size changes slightly before we trip?
Don’t worry- group dynamics change! Just let us know as early as possible. We can easily adjust holiday extras like lift passes, equipment hire, and transfers closer to the time.
Can we cater to different dietary requirements in the chalet?
Yes, completely. When you book, you’ll get access to a guest portal (or your group spreadsheet) where everyone can list allergies or dietary preferences so our chalet teams can prepare ahead of your arrival.
