Les Carroz is a resort to fall in love with; 4 of our previous guests bought properties here as a result of their visit. You’ll find undiscovered powder and will be connected to some of the best skiing areas in the alps.
We might have mentioned it before, but we love the resort at Les Carroz! It has just the right facilities without being too crowded, and it has retained the wonderful French skiing resort atmosphere. Not to mention the fact that it has an impressive snow history better than Courchavel 1850, even thought it’s only at 1200m. But it’s not all about the skiing, there are plenty of things for you to do in the evening.
Let us help with your Apres Ski, and you’ll remember it forever. Here’s a few ideas we have for you:
This can't be missed!
On our night off (usually Wednesday or Thursday), we can organise for you a most unique, unforgettable experience!
After a short ride in a 4x4, you’ll take a beautiful sunset walk to the Teepee’s secret location. Once inside, your guide Marcel lights the fire and fondue feasting begins.
A guided torch-lit walk back to the 4x4 ties off the evening perfectly.
What a view!
Set on a frozen lake in the tranquil heart of the Gers bowl, is Le Refuge de Gers; a wonderful, lakeside restaurant. Return access to this exquisite hidden treat is strictly by piste basher!
It would be our absolute pleasure to escort you there or make the necessary reservations on your behalf.
Hot Chocolate with Cointreau!
L'Anfionne is the last pit stop on the way back to the chalet and is a great place to wait until the pistes are empty for that final run home.
Not only does it have the Skiology award for the best Vin Chaud but the hot chocolate with Cointreau is to die for; it tastes like a Terry's Chocolate Orange melting in your mouth!
It’s a recipe that has yet to be copied by any of our guests! You should try it!
