What is Skiology Magic !?
Well it would not be magic if we told you how we did it would it ? if you really want to know ... Skiology Magic is simply listening to our clients and responding quickly.
Does not sound very magic !? Traditionally tour operators ask you to fill in a comments for at the end of your holiday to ask if there is any way that your holiday could be improved. We ask you to put an anonymous comment in a comments pot if there is anyway your holiday can be improved during your holiday.
This allows us to react quickly and ensure that your holiday is as good as it can possibly be.
Furthermore ... for all the comments we cant immediately react upon we round them up at the end of the season and implement as quickly as we can.
Thanks to you we now have ...
- Wi-Fi in all chalets
- Nintendo Wii's in all chalets
- T.Vs that connect to the internet so that you can see the conditions on the mountain when you get up
- Board games in all chalets
- Local cheese plate on the penultimate night
- Tea and coffee bought to your door in the morning
