Skiology chefs cook for Michelin star chefs at the ski show

Judged by Chef of the year 2009, Mickael Weiss, head chef at the
Coq d'Argent in London and Michele Biassoni (ll Vino 1* Michelin
Restaurant Courchevel 1850), Rene and Maxime Meilleur (La
Bouitte1* Michelin Restaurant, St Martin de Belleville) and
Francois Moureaux (L'Azimut 1* Michelin Restaurant Courchevel
1350).
... Needless to say the pressure was ON, at the first London Ski
Show Cook off.
The brothers successfully achieved a place in the final 5 however
were not fortunate to win overall ... however there is always
next year !

The BIGGEST news is that is has been MASSIVELY snowing ! This
photo is from October the 27th !?
Sunday the 24th October saw 30 cm of fresh snow fall all the way
down to the village in Les Carroz. Which meant 3 things...
1. Carole Heselton won the 'guess when it will snow in Les Carroz
competition

entry of the 26th October, which was close enough :)
2. Skiology's Morzine resort manager Clodagh Lord has already
been skiing !
3. Skiology brother Dom (who is now in the Alps) is going to sell
his brother, so that he can buy some ski touring bindings so that
he too can climb up the mountain and join in the fun.
AND there is more snow forecast this weekend ! Things are all in
place for yet another bumper season !
