Skiology Morzine, how is the expansion going ?

Amazingly ! Morzine chalet La Roche is the busiest chalet of all !
Clodagh worked with us last season and is flying the Skiology flag SO highly in Morzine. I have heard nothing but great feedback this year for Clodagh’s cheffing, hosting and sprinklings of Skiology Magic !
Clodagh, if you are reading this, words can not express how proud I am of your work … so I have written you a song … only kidding, see you Weds x

How is the Team this year ?

I could not mention Clodagh and not mention the rest of the team ! This year as every year, we have the best staff ever. If any other Catered chalet companies are reading this and fancy a ‘Staff off’ be my guest, see me on the Timalets piste in Les Carroz Weds 20th Jan 12:00, bring it on and bring cake too !

The season so far a quick summary

• Pre-season …very cold -15 cold !

• Christmas week - got a little warmer, a little too warm !

• New Years Eve week a lot of snow came down and we had two of the best powder days and two of the wettest days as well

• This week nice and cold and big power days too!
And the long range forecast looks excellent too !


And that is about it so far ! 3 weeks in, 15 to go, having the best time ever and loving that year on year we are able to open our doors to more and more guests ! p.s Luke (head Skiology chef) loving some of the new dishes – that caramelized walnut, pear and blue cheese salad is the beez knees !
