The best thing I heard this month was during an interview with a chef for a position hosting one of our chalets for season 2010-2011 Chef : Do you ever get weeks when the chalets are not full ?
Dom : um, yes we do.
Chef : That would make me really sad, a fridge full of food and no-one to cook for.
I loved it ! what a great attitude !! What a great image; one of the hosts looking like a puppy dog out of the window, fogging up the glass, wondering when the guest are going to arrive ?
