If you can be, you need to be here: Saturday night we saw 20
– 30 cm of fresh snow, Sunday was glorious blue skies. Last night
it would not stop snowing and tomorrow blue skies are forecast
again! This time of year the pistes are also blissfully quiet.
If you can jet away Thursday to Sunday please do come join us
and our other guests this weekend. The conditions are so exceptional
that some of our guests are even driving through the night to

An alternative to skiing : picturesque guided snow shoe walks
According to the Telegraph newspaper 38 % of people who come
to a ski resort do not ski. With this in mind we took out our
Mum (a strict non skier) on a guided snow shoe walk with La Vache
qui ride. Martial your guide knows all the mountain's secrets
- he took us to an amazing hidden sculpture park set deep in the
snow covered forests. Martial speaks fluent English and is extremely
knowledgeable about all the flora, fauna and mountains ways. Not
only did our Mum love it but we loved it too and so did our New
Years guests. We hope to work more and more with Martial so please
